
Baker Mayfield has been traded for the Carolina Panthers.

Mike Garavolo reports that Brown will pay Mayfield $10.5 million next season and that the Panthers will pay him nearly $5 million.
The Oklahoma winner Heisman agreed to take a pay cut of approximately $3.5 million.

The Panthers have Sam Darnold and Matt Corral already in the QB room, the latter probably stealing the 2022 draft. How does acquiring Mayfield help develop the former Ole Miss star?
