Curls corner the market on the former Pacers after a major injury.

Sumner is fully recovering from the left Achilles tear that cost him the entire 2021-2022 season. He was coming off his best season in the NBA with the Pacers before the injury, and now he’s going to join the Nets backyard. https://t.co/5HfzZmkDZN

Sumner also tore up Xavier’s AFC Champions League in 2017. He showed promise in Indiana, but it’s unclear if the 26-year-old will regain enough sports to get back on the right track.
In a strange case, Sumner’s former NBA team was the Nets. Indiana sent him to Brooklyn for a paycheck after he tore his Achilles tendon last fall. Why nits – deep in luxury taxes and money-losing – landfills remains a mystery.
But in the midst of their turmoil, taking a flight now on the Sumner makes more sense.
