The last place was claimed in the Money in the Bank men’s ladder match. Madcap Moss beat Happy Corbin, Ezekiel, and The Miz in a fatal four-way match over WWE SmackDown.
The quartet of WWE Superstars have pledged to secure a spot alongside Drew McIntyre, Seth Rollins, Riddle, Sheamus, Sami Zayn and Omos in the Honorary Ladder Match. It was their actions, not their words, that determined who would have a place on the Sabbath card.
Elsewhere on the show, participants in the Women’s Money in the Bank match took part in a tag team match between Raw vs. Stars from SmackDown.

Moss and three others campaign Money in the Bank
SmackDown opened with the classic trophy ladder match. The contestants of the Money in the Bank men’s ladder match sat on ladders with their bags hanging high. Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre, Sami Zayn, Riddle and Sheamus are trading barbs. Omos, surrounded by the MVP, seemed to be too tall for the ladder and stood in the ring. The Miz, Ezekiel, Happy Corbin and Madcap Moss boycotted rivals (and each other) to plead their cases to join the ladder match. Adam Pierce, the authority figure, announced a battle royale featuring current and potential contestants. The risks were not clear.
Happy Corbin Dave. Drew McIntyre, Seth Rollins, Riddell, Sheamus, Omos, Ezekiel, Sami Zayn, Riddell, Madcap Moss and The Miz after eliminating McIntyre to win the Battle Royal. Rollins eliminated himself from the match, and McIntyre and Sheamus briefly lined up to throw Omos and McNair Zane eliminated late. Corbin snagged McIntyre and Sheamus to win the match.
Corbin, Moss, The Miz, and Ezekiel Pierce all swept in hopes of entering a ladder match. Pierce said a fatal four-way match will determine who will join the other contenders on Saturday night.
Money in the Bank Qualifier: Madcap Moss won. Said Corbin, Ezekiel and The Miz By installation after installation of Ezekiel. Ezekiel fell into the midst of a sunset early in the game on Moss while Moss flung The Miz with a German Superlix. Later in the match, Corbin hit Ezekiel’s choke on the announcer’s table. The Miz made his best impression on Bryan Danielson, repeatedly kicking Ezekiel and Moss in the chest. Corbin’s A Deep Six nearly earned him a spot in a ladder match but his cover of The Miz was discontinued. Corbin landed a fight-ending blow by planting Ezekiel’s End of Days; However, rival Moss threw Corbin out of the ring and covered Ezekiel for victory.
It was hard to invest in an episode of SmackDown that opened with a meaningless battle royal and closed with four people who wouldn’t normally appear in the main event scene. The royal battle was acceptable. The killer four-way match was fun but nothing to impress. Class: C
